We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Regional IT Support (APAC) professional to join our expanding technology team. This role provides multi-country IT support across the APAC region, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely issue resolution, and reliable system performance.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicates effectively with regional teams, and can work independently while supporting fast-paced business operations.
Provide L1 and L2 technical support to users across multiple APAC countries.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, system access, and application issues.
Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL scripts for operational and analytical reporting.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all scheduled reports.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting output and data quality.
Execute essential operational tasks, including monthly bonus runs, scheduled jobs, and routine system health checks.
Maintain clear documentation for operational workflows and processes.
Monitor job execution and elevate issues when needed.
Troubleshoot basic network issues (connectivity, IP configuration, Wi‑Fi).
Support local network devices (routers, switches, access points).
Coordinate with regional/HQ network teams for advanced troubleshooting.
Provide support for internal systems, including Exigo and related web applications.
Assist users in resolving system-related issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
Work with teams across different APAC markets to support day‑to‑day IT needs.
Participate in after‑hours or weekend support when required for critical operations or maintenance.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in IT Support, System Support, or IT Operations.
Proficiency in SQL scripting and database queries.
Good understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
Experience in IT operations involving scheduled jobs or recurring processes.
Familiarity with business applications or system support is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, especially in supporting users from different countries.
Analytical thinker with good problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Organized, responsible, and detail oriented.
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of other language will be a plus
Occasional after‑hours or weekend support may be required for operational tasks.
