Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and emerging AI technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English; able to work independently and in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly service level performance across APAC markets.
• Consolidate operational data and prepare standard slides and dashboards.
• Prepare updates for weekly operational review meetings.
• Identify deviations and support follow-up with market representatives.
• Track action items and progress against recovery plans.
• Validate data quality and identify inconsistencies.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools for reporting tasks; suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support improvement initiatives.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and daily ops activities.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and curious intern to support our APAC Operations team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational performance monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and the practical use of AI tools in a regional logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support weekly monitoring of service level performance across APAC markets.
• Assist in consolidating operational data and preparing standard reporting slides and dashboards.
• Help prepare updates for weekly operational review meetings.
• Identify performance deviations and support follow-up activities with market representatives.
• Track action items and monitor progress against agreed recovery plans.
• Support the review and validation of operational data to identify inconsistencies and data quality issues.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting activities using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Contribute ideas for improving reporting processes and automating recurring tasks.
• Work with regional stakeholders to collect information and support operational improvement initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc projects and daily operational activities as required.
  

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and emerging AI technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
