Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a technically minded sales professional to drive regional growth in industrial instrumentation and measurement solutions. You will be the primary technical contact and account manager across the Johor region, aligning customer needs with advanced engineering offerings.

Responsibilities include identifying new industrial accounts, advising on applications, managing CRM pipelines, performing product demonstrations, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechatronic/Instrumentation).
• 3+ years of technical sales in industrial manufacturing.
• Fundamental understanding of control instrumentation systems, sensors, and transmitters.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new industrial accounts to expand regional market share.
• Advise customers on technical applications, equipment selection, and system integration.
• Manage sales pipelines, lead follow-ups, and customer data within the CRM.
• Perform product demonstrations and present technical proposals to client engineers.
• Prepare cost estimates and negotiate commercial agreements to close sales.
