Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in technical HVAC sales, strong project management skills, and a track record of building distributor networks and achieving growth across commercial and industrial segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 8–10 years in technical/hospitality sales within HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Proven experience selling HVAC equipment and project-based solutions.
• Experience managing regional markets, distributors, and strategic accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities across commercial, industrial, and data centre segments.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for projects and replacements.
• Lead pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions to protect margins.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to tailor HVAC solutions to client specs.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
