Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Regional HR Director to lead people strategy across multiple countries in the region. The role reports to executive leadership and acts as a bridge between Group HR and local teams, overseeing governance, talent management, and operational execution across markets.

The candidate will partner with regional leaders, drive workforce planning, and lead regional transformation and HR digitalization initiatives to improve performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in HR/Business Administration.
• 12-18 years progressive HR experience; senior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, ability to influence senior leaders regionally.
• Experience in matrix and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with Regional CEO and leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead regional workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Support market expansion, restructuring, and transformation projects.
• Be a key member of the Regional Leadership Team and ensure HR governance.
• Oversee regional talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Standardize performance management across markets and drive mobility programs.
• Lead regional HR transformation, digitalization, and cost management initiatives.
