Job summary
Zohorecruit is seeking a Regional HR Director to lead people strategy across multiple countries in the region. The role reports to executive leadership and acts as a bridge between Group HR and local teams, overseeing governance, talent management, and operational execution across markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in HR/Business Administration.
- 12-18 years progressive HR experience; senior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, ability to influence senior leaders regionally.
- Experience in matrix and multicultural environments.

Position Overview
The Regional HR Director is responsible for leading and driving the people strategy across multiple countries within the region. This role serves as a strategic advisor to Regional Business Leadership and acts as the bridge between Group HR and local teams.
The incumbent will oversee regional HR to ensure alignment of HR strategy, governance, talent management, and operational execution across markets.
- Partner Regional CEO / Business Leaders / Partners to align people strategy with commercial objectives
- Lead regional workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
- Support market expansion, restructuring, and transformation projects
- Participate as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team
- Develop regional succession planning and leadership pipelines
- Identify high-potential talent across markets and drive mobility programs
- Standardize performance management frameworks across countries
- Lead regional leadership development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws across all countries within scope
- Harmonize HR policies and governance standards regionally
- Partner Legal and Compliance teams on complex employee relations matters
- Mitigate organizational risk through proactive HR advisory
- Lead HR initiatives for regional transformation programs
- Support cross-border M&A integration activities
