Affin is seeking a Regional Relationship Director to drive regional growth for Personal Financing by developing strategic partnerships and leading sales enablement initiatives. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years in financial services, with 5+ years in corporate client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partnership & Business Development: build relationships with Government Agencies, GLCs and private companies to generate growth.
• Strategy & Market Intelligence: develop regional sales plan and analyze market data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Sales Enablement & Service Delivery: support sales teams with product knowledge and ensure compliant service delivery.
• Leadership & Performance Management: lead regional sales teams with planning, coaching and development.
• Other Responsibilities: support PF-related activities and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
