Job summary

AFFIN Group is seeking Sales Consultants to drive mortgage financing growth and expand our consumer banking portfolio across Northern regions. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strong business relationships, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions while contributing to the Bank's overall sales performance.

You will engage with housing developers, real estate agents, and other partners, conduct field visits, and implement campaigns to increase mortgage product sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling consumer banking or financial products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage with diverse market segments and languages.

Responsibilities

• Plans and drives mortgage financing sales and cross-sells banking products.
• Solicits new tie-ups and business opportunities via campaigns, road shows and launches.
• Engages new customers through calls and appointments to visit customers.
• Maintains close relationships with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers and others.
• Conducts field visits on property financing; contributes to sales growth.
