Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance related field; professional banking qualifications a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of banking experience with exposure to Auto Finance, Mortgage, or secured lending.
• 8–10 years in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Secured Financing strategy for Auto Finance and Mortgage.
• Own P&L, portfolio growth, profitability, and asset quality.
• Drive partnerships with dealers, developers, and ecosystem partners.
• Oversee operations, digital platforms, and governance for risk and compliance.
• Lead and coach senior leaders and drive transformation across the division.
