Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth of the Agency Force across the region. You will collaborate with Agency Leaders and agents to boost sales productivity, nurture future leaders, and enhance agency effectiveness.

Beyond achieving targets, you will build strong relationships, provide guidance and support, and create an environment where agents and leaders can grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development, marketing or sales.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• A self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on KPIs.
• Attend to agency doubts, concerns and problems and provide solutions.
• Provide guidance and counseling to agency members to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Motivate agency members to raise agency morale and recruit new agents.
• Train and develop agents for promotion to future leaders.
