Job summary

Prudential is expanding its Agency Force in the region. The role works with Agency Leaders and agents to boost sales productivity, develop future leaders, grow manpower and enhance overall agency effectiveness.

You will build strong relationships, provide guidance and support, and create an environment where agents and leaders can grow and succeed. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in business development, marketing or sales, with experience in agency development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in business development, marketing or sales.
• Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on KPIs.
• Attend to agency doubts, concerns and problems and provide solutions.
• Provide guidance and counseling to agency members violating guidelines and enforce them.
• Provide additional motivation for agency members to raise agency morale.
• Encourage agency members to recruit new agents.
• Encourage Agency Leaders to train-up agents for promotion to future leaders.
• Educate agency members to provide top-notch services to customers.
• Assist branch staff in relation to matters arising between agency members and customer service staff.
• Implement Core-Program to encourage new agents and retain them.
• Ensure training rooms and facilities are maintained in top condition.
• Provide quality training and supporting services to upgrade skills.
• Provide a platform to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during meetings.
• Support launches and events, promote agency challenges and incentives.
• Organize platforms for interaction and teamwork through meetings and gatherings.

About The Role

This role plays a key part in driving the growth and performance of our Agency Force within the region. You will work closely with Agency Leaders and agents to strengthen sales productivity, develop future leaders, grow agency manpower and enhance overall agency effectiveness. Beyond achieving business targets, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the agency force, providing guidance and support, and creating an environment where our agents and leaders can grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on KPIs.
• Attend to any agency doubts, concerns and problem faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problem.
• Provide guidance and counseling to agency members violating Company/ Industry/Regulatory guidelines and to enforce the prescribed guidelines among agency members.
• Provide additional motivation for agency members to raise agency morale.
• Continuously encourage agency members to focus on recruiting new agents.
• Encourage Agency Leaders to train-up agents for promotion to be future leaders.

Customer Service Development

• To educate members of the agency to provide top notch services to their customer
• To assist branch staff in relation of matters arising in between agency members and customer service staff

People Development

• Implement Core-Program to encourage new agents to do well and retain them in our Company.
• Ensure that training rooms, training centers and other training facilities & equipment in the respective region are properly maintained in tip top condition.
• Provide quality training and supporting services to the agency force to upgrade one’s skill and performance.

Communication & Organization Development

• Provide a formal platform to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during agency meetings.
• Assist and support all launches and events.
• Communicate and motivate by promoting Agency, Regional or PAMB’s challenges, incentives and contest to the Agency.
• Organize and implement formal platform for interaction of agency members and building teamwork through group meetings and gatherings.
• Submit weekly planning and monthly reports.
