Job summary

Prudential invites an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth of our Agency Force in the Sabah region. You will work with Agency Leaders and agents to improve sales productivity, develop future leaders, grow agency manpower and enhance overall effectiveness.

Role focuses on guidance, support and building an environment where agents can succeed, while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service. Degree holder with 5 years plus experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• A self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Experience in business development, marketing or sales is preferred (min 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on KPIs.
• Attend to agency concerns and provide solutions.
• Guide and counsel agency members on guidelines and compliance.
• Motivate agency members and recruit new agents.
• Develop agency leaders and train for promotion.
• Educate agency on delivering top-notch customer service.
• Support branch staff in agency-customer service relations.
• Implement programs to develop new agents and retain talent.
• Maintain training facilities and provide quality training services.
• Organize agency meetings and disseminate information.
