Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance is seeking a results-driven professional to drive growth of the Agency Force across the region. You will work with Agency Leaders and agents to boost sales productivity, develop future leaders, expand agency manpower and enhance overall agency effectiveness.

Beyond targets, you will build strong relationships with the agency force, provide guidance and support, and create an environment where agents and leaders can grow and succeed.

Formación

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in business development, marketing or sales.
• Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• A self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plans on KPIs.
• Attend to agency doubts, concerns and problems and provide solutions.
• Provide guidance and counseling to agency members to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Motivate agency members to raise agency morale.
• Encourage recruitment of new agents.
• Encourage Leaders to train-up agents for promotion to future leaders.
• Educate agency members to provide top notch services to customers.
• Assist branch staff in relation to agency-customer service matters.
• Implement Core-Program to recruit and retain agents.
• Maintain training facilities and provide quality training and supporting services.
• Provide platforms for information dissemination and feedback from agency members.
• Support launches and events and promote agency challenges, incentives and contests.
• Organize meetings and build teamwork; submit weekly plans and monthly reports.
