Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced FMIS lead to manage end-to-end technical support for Financial Markets. You will oversee incidents, requests, changes and major projects across a multi-country BAU environment, coordinating with regional teams and vendors to ensure stable trading operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing IT support, operations, and project implementations in a wholesale bank environment.
• Extensive knowledge of wholesale bank services including FX, MM, FI, commodity, equity derivatives and quants products.
• Clear understanding of IT security policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMIS team to provide technical support for Financial Markets applications and services.
• Manage incidents, changes and problem management; coordinate with regional teams and vendors.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and adherence to ITIL and security standards.
