Job summary

Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced IT Support professional to manage and support financial markets applications (L1-L2). You will onboard applications, provide multi-level support, and ensure ITIL processes while coordinating with vendors and risk teams.

The role includes DR/BCP setup and regular testing with audit readiness in mind. The successful candidate will have exposure to market data, regulatory trading apps, and enterprise network security, operating in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT support for financial markets (preferred).
• Knowledge of trading room workflows, regulatory apps and broker platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define applications in scope and onboard them with documentation (knowledge base).
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support for listed services.
• Fulfil ITIL processes: Problem, Change, Incident management.
• Handle SRM tickets and vendor liaison for escalated support.
• Respond to audit and risk requirements and maintain DR/BCP environments.
• Manage networking elements, proxy, and security configurations with vendor guidance.
• Weekend testing when vendor changes are scheduled.
• Provide cover for team lead in their absence.
