Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks a Country Infrastructure Regional Lead for markets in Indonesia and Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining stability, driving standards, and advocating for market needs with Group Technology.

You will lead diverse teams, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance with OJK requirements. Strong experience in infrastructure operations, incident resolution, data centre and network services, and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Technology or related field is required.
• ITIL certification is required.
• 15+ years of work experience in infrastructure roles within banking.

Responsibilities

• Migrate to, implement, operate and adhere to Global Technology standards in-market.
• Contribute to technology strategy and standards for in-market objectives and challenges.
• Advocate for market needs while aligning with Group standards and governance.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement with local business on technology changes.
• Ensure adherence to processes defined by Global Service owners.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Build and lead diverse cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment with Indonesian financial services regulations and OJK requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks including security, stability and performance.
• Drive governance of vendor-delivered services and monitor group services for gaps.
• Deliver governance for Network, End User, Data Centre, Virtualisation, Storage and Backup services.
