Job summary

Standard Chartered in Malaysia is seeking a driven IT support analyst to join a newly formed team handling L1–L2 support for FM business applications globally. You will onboard applications, maintain documentation, and ensure ITIL processes.

The role involves collaboration with vendors, responding to audit and risk requirements, and establishing DR/BCP environments where applicable. Hybrid work in Kuala Lumpur is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support within a wholesale/financial markets environment.
• Familiar with regulatory, broker trading applications and security controls.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, risk, and audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Define applications in scope and onboard them with documentation.
• Provide 1st & 2nd line support for listed services.
• Fulfil ITIL processes including problem, change and incident management.
• Manage SRM tickets and vendor escalations.
• Coordinate with security, networks, and other internal teams as needed.
• Support audit requests and ensure DR/BCP readiness.
