Job summary

Lush Harvest Global Foods Sdn Bhd is seeking a regional operations leader for F&B, overseeing multi-outlet activities and driving key KPIs for sales, cost, service, and people performance.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in F&B operations, fluent Mandarin with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, a valid driving licence, and willingness to travel or work outstation as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of F&B operations experience, including multi-outlet or regional leadership.
• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Must hold a valid driving licence, own a reliable car, and be willing to travel or work outstation as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outlet operations for Morn Coo Coo 早安公雞. Drive sales, cost, service and people KPIs; oversee outlet leaders, staffing, training and succession.
• Maintain food safety, quality and SOP standards; review P&L performance and corrective actions; support new outlet openings and operational improvement; and coordinate with management and Taiwan stakeholders.
