Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic individuals for restaurant operations. You will help with front-of-house and kitchen tasks, welcome customers, and assist with basic food prep while maintaining a clean dining area and adhering to hygiene standards.

We require English and Bahasa Malaysia communication; Mandarin is optional. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Open to students or fresh graduates seeking restaurant operations roles.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin optional.
• Responsible, punctual, friendly, and eager to learn; able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Citizenship or permanent residency with valid Malaysian work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-of-house and kitchen operations. Welcome customers, take orders, assist with basic food preparation, and maintain dining and work areas.
• Follow food hygiene, safety and company SOPs; participate in on-the-job training; assist the outlet team during busy periods.
