Job summary

Baskbear Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple outlets and drive performance across our brand portfolio in Malaysia. You will oversee sales, costs, and team performance, while shaping delivery plans and partnerships to ensure consistent customer experiences.

You will train staff, monitor KPIs, and stay ahead of market trends, product innovations, and SOP compliance. A vehicle and willingness to travel are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in F&B/retail as a manager or area manager.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outlets operations and drive performance.
• Oversee outlet sales performance and P&L responsibility.
• Train and develop frontline teams for top-notch customer service.
• Formulate and execute project delivery plans.

We are currently looking for a Area Manager with a good skills managing teams, drive performance, and ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing multiple outlets operations


• Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)


• Train and develop team to be top notch customer service agents


• Formulate and execute project delivery plans


• Developing internal & external partnership


• Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management


• Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends

Job Requirement

• 1-3 years experience having worked in F&B/ retail field as a manager or area manager role.


• Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership


• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.


• Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment


• Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels


• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives


• MUST possess own vehicle


• You may be required to travel domestically/ internationally to support the implementation plan
