Job summary

Reveillon Group Sdn Bhd Malaysia is seeking an outlet supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will manage front- and back-of-house tasks, ensure service quality, and lead a small team.

The role requires 1–3 years in F&B, leadership skills, multitasking, and ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Basic POS knowledge is preferred and you will help achieve sales targets while maintaining hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to handle both kitchen and service duties (multitasking)
• Familiar with restaurant/outlet operations; chicken rice/fast casual is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS/cashier systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including cashiering, order taking, and customer service
• Back: food preparation, basic cooking, coordinating orders
• Supervise and lead staff, including scheduling and task delegation
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and basic cost control
• Assist in training new staff and improving team performance
• Ensure outlet meets sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
