Job summary

Billennium IT Services (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Change Manager to own client-side governance and readiness for regional ERP transformation across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. You will define strategy, standards and acceptance for change, training, and readiness, while guiding evidence-based go/no-go decisions.

You will lead end-to-end OCM design, manage risks, and partner with HR and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and successful adoption across all shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in organisational change, readiness or transitions, incl. large-scale ERP or core-system projects.
• Experience assessing end-to-end impacts on processes, roles and controls.
• Experience defining change standards in SI-led environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and business owners without direct authority.
• Experience across multiple countries, preferably Asia Pacific.
• Fluency in Bahasa Melayu for on-site engagement with operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the change strategy, governance framework and acceptance criteria.
• Set roles, decision rights and quality gates between Company, leadership, IT, and change networks.
• Design and implement an end-to-end OCM strategy for a greenfield ERP implementation.
• Manage change risks, dependencies and remediation through RAIDO.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments to map process, system and role changes.
• Define business readiness framework, scorecards and evidence requirements.
• Maintain an integrated change-impact register with accountable owners.
• Develop multi-channel communications in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Partner with Project Leadership and HR for leadership visibility and messaging.
• Own client-side readiness assessment and go-live submission.
