Job summary

Billennium is seeking an SAP ERP Project Manager to lead client-side delivery of a multi-country ERP transformation spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. You will own the Project Charter, governance, and planning, coordinating with the Systems Integrator to ensure successful go-live and legacy retirement across sites.

Qualifications

10+ years in project or programme management across multiple countries.
Experience with client-side governance when working with a Systems Integrator.
Strong executive communication and reporting to Steering Committee.
Experience with data, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

Own project governance, charter, and single source of truth.
Co-own integrated master plan with SI Project Manager; track risks and milestones.
Manage change control, budget forecasting and invoice verification.
Govern SOWs, milestones and service levels; ensure readiness for go-live.
