Job summary

Billennium is seeking an SAP ERP Project Manager to lead client-side delivery of a multi-country ERP transformation spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. You will own the Project Charter, governance, and planning, coordinating with the Systems Integrator to ensure successful go-live and legacy retirement across sites.

Job description

Billennium is looking for an SAP ERP Project Manager to lead client-side delivery of a multi-country ERP transformation, covering Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

You’ll be the single point of project management accountability, from preparation and implementation through go-live, hypercare and legacy-system decommissioning. You’ll sit in the Transformation Office, work alongside the Systems Integrator, and protect the Company’s outcomes through strong governance, commercial control and timely escalation.

What you’ll do

• Own the Project Charter, governance model, decision cadence and the programme’s single source of truth
• Co-own the integrated master plan with the SI Project Manager, tracking dependencies, risks and critical-path milestones
• Run formal change control, deliverable acceptance, budget forecasting and invoice verification
• Govern SOWs, contractual milestones and service levels with the accountable commercial owners
• Drive phase-gate and go-live governance, giving the Steering Committee evidence-based readiness recommendations
• Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover and business continuity across sites, banks, customers and 3PLs
• Lead hypercare, benefits handover, legacy retirement and formal project closure
• Build cross-functional ownership across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, People & Culture and IT

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years in project or programme management, including at least two onsite, full-lifecycle Tier 1 cloud ERP implementations (initiation to hypercare) across multiple countries
• Client-side or business-side leadership experience working with a Systems Integrator while protecting the Company’s commercial, operational and governance interests
• Experience with integrated planning, phase gates, fixed-price delivery, formal change control and readiness reporting
• Experience governing vendor SOWs, milestone acceptance, budgets and invoices
• Experience with data, testing, cutover and legacy retirement in live manufacturing or distribution environments
• Strong executive communication, including Steering Committee reporting
• Multi-country delivery experience, ideally across Asia Pacific
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia (other local languages are a plus)

Nice to have

• FMCG, F&B, consumer goods, manufacturing or supply-chain background
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or another Tier 1 cloud ERP delivered with fit-to-standard and clean-core principles
• Experience coordinating 3PL, banking, EDI, tax, customer or supplier dependencies
• Working knowledge of change management and business-readiness approaches
