Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, fire life safety, and sustainability programmes.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale development or capital projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering support for hotel development projects across SE Asia and Korea, overseeing design reviews and pre-opening readiness.
• Act as engineering SME for owners, consultants and project teams on design optimisation and asset performance.
• Drive fire life safety compliance through inspections, testing and sign-off processes.
• Champion sustainability by embedding energy efficiency and environmental goals in designs.
• Collaborate with hotel teams during pre-opening and operational transitions for improvements and renovations.
