Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Management)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, CRM, and the Insurance industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with customers, agents, brokers and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel for business development activities, client meetings, and distributor engagements

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain long-term business relationships with intermediaries (Agency, Brokers and Co Operative) to influence retention and growth of existing accounts and promote new business opportunities.
• Manage and monitor agents' performances by setting individual targets and monitoring agency loss ratio; assist agents in penetrating new markets via client presentations.
• Strictly monitor Cash Before Cover and Premium Warranty regulations; ensure all documents for issuance of policies are followed; implement effective credit control to ensure timely collections.
• Regular interaction with Underwriters, Finance and other functions to ensure turnaround time and service levels; obtain feedback from intermediaries and customers.
