RHB Insurance Berhad (Mentakab Branch) seeks a motivated Business Development Manager/Executive to drive growth through agency networks, RHB Group portfolios, and direct business opportunities. You will support marketing strategies, manage relationships, and expand market share in Malaysia.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work independently within regulatory guidelines. A degree or professional qualification is required.

Qualifications

• A degree or professional qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and market practices.
• Proven ability to achieve profitability and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to maximize business potential through the Agency channel.
• Manage and grow agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios to improve productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with underwriters on acceptance of new risks within approved authority limits.
• Drive Agency Recruitment Programmes to strengthen and expand the agency force.
• Organize relationship enhancement activities to engage agents and partners.
• Identify market opportunities and develop structured marketing strategies to expand market share.
