Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/deposit roles.
Strong knowledge of deposit products, banking services, and financial concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric approach with ability to understand and meet client needs.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High ethical standards and integrity.

Responsibilities

Drive Deposit Growth: actively promote and sell deposit products to individuals and businesses.
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to maximize deposit sales.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new deposit customers and increase base.
Schedule sales proposals and calls to potential and existing clients to ensure pipeline generation.
Follow up on activities to ensure sales closures and timely account openings.
Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable.
Monitor competitors and market conditions; conduct market research.
Provide briefing and training to clients.
Solicit sales within assigned state/area in a borderless manner.
