Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, specifically demand/supply planning, inventory management.
• Confidence with S&OP, including designing/leading S&OP in a market.
• Experience in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and the aptitude to thrive in dynamic fast growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand/supply planning and inventory management to align with market needs.
• Own and drive the S&OP process, providing insights on demand trends and supply constraints.
• Stakeholder management across local, regional, and HQ teams to ensure alignment with business and supply chain strategies.
