Job summary

Enza Zaden in Malaysia seeks a Regional Demand Planner to turn market insights into reliable product availability. You will connect Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain across Asia to build robust forecasts, manage new product introductions and guide S&OP-driven decisions.

You will own regional forecasts, lead reviews with commercial and supply stakeholders, analyse sales and seasonal effects, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in demand planning or related planning environment.
• Strong analytical and data-interrogation skills.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage short- and mid-term regional forecasts across countries, channels and segments.
• Lead regional demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Analyze sales activity, seasonality and new product introductions to improve forecast quality.
• Support S&OP processes and budgeting with bottom-up forecasts.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and KPI tracking.
