Job summary

LEM MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Demand Planning leader to drive S&OP across regional and global teams. You will lead monthly cycles, coordinate demand forecasts, and guide allocation decisions to balance service level with profitability.

The role requires deep expertise in forecasting, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations. A global manufacturing mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

10+ years in Supply Chain Planning or S&OP leadership.
Experience leading end-to-end S&OP and executive reviews.
Strong KPI dashboard and BI reporting experience.
Exposure to ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, D365).

Responsibilities

Lead S&OP process and monthly cycle across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
Develop and maintain global demand forecasts and identify risks/opportunities.
Define and govern global allocation strategies during constraints.
Present planning assumptions and drive executive alignment with data-driven insights.
Design and improve planning dashboards and KPI reporting.
