Job summary

HAIWU Technology Co., Ltd. is expanding its Malaysia-based team to drive regional growth in Southeast Asia for precision air conditioning solutions in data centres and enterprise markets.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building key relationships, and delivering tailored technical proposals across Southeast Asia, with travel as needed. Mandarin and English fluency are required, Bahasa Malaysia a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data centres, HVAC, or related industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities for precision air conditioning solutions across data centres, enterprise customers, telecommunications operators and industrial sectors in Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, system integrators, distributors, OEM partners and other industry stakeholders.
• Drive sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets through pipeline management, customer engagement and timely follow-ups.
• Work with internal technical teams to prepare and deliver tailored technical proposals, quotations and solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management to gather market intelligence and monitor competitors.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure installation and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business development activities and market networking across the region.
