Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Data Centre Solutions (SEA) Business Development Lead in Malaysia to drive the DCS portfolio growth and manage pipeline, deals, and delivery advisory for Southeast Asia. The role is hybrid, requiring office days and field collaboration with account teams and partners.

You will translate customer challenges into scalable, data center solutions, mentor presales peers, and coordinate with GCC for proposals and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture or technical university.
• 8–10 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting.
• Experience with data center facilities from business development, presales solution to project management.
• Experience delivering data center facilities projects.
• Governance protocols knowledge in large corporate environments.
• Data Center Facilities certifications desirable (Uptime Institute advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Data Center Solutions and maps to customer needs.
• Builds customer relationships and aligns technical strategies for Data Center transformation.
• Develops technical and commercial proposals with detailed scopes and roles.
• Coordinates with GCC and subject matter experts for proposals and resource needs.
• Supports delivery team during project initiation and oversees solution delivery.
• Mentors presales peers and account managers on knowledge sharing.
