Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a data-savvy Corporate Operations and Analytics professional to support B2B client accounts across APAC. You will manage account operations, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Support, Finance, and Product to ensure smooth execution.

You will develop SQL queries in BigQuery, deliver regular performance reports, and help drive data-driven decisions while maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting B2B or enterprise customers in an operational or account management environment.
• Strong SQL skills, BigQuery experience preferred; experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate account operations including allowance setup, adjustments, refunds, and spending limit changes.
• Support user onboarding, bulk employee uploads, and account maintenance across corporate clients.
• Troubleshoot Corporate Admin issues including account linking, login, access, and configuration.
• Develop SQL queries and perform data analysis using BigQuery; deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports, including MAU, GMV, AOV, user segmentation, and campaign performance.
• Validate data quality and provide actionable insights to regional stakeholders.
• Create and manage corporate vouchers and gift cards; investigate voucher redemption and payment issues.
• Maintain Salesforce account information and corporate account configurations.
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams across APAC.
