Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned sales and business leader in the electronics/semiconductor sector. The role involves steering a team to achieve growth targets, identifying strategic opportunities, and expanding market coverage across ASEAN regions.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales strategy, budgeting, and stakeholder management, with bilingual communication and a solid grasp of ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics/semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with SMT processes is advantageous.
• Experience across ASEAN markets is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills; able to translate info into strategy.
• Excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills; knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 14001 EMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet or exceed overall corporate sales objectives.
• Identify and develop strategic business plans, new market opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
• Prepare sales analysis reports.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers.
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing customers.
• Work closely with technical department for product qualification, provide product support to customers, and provide technical feedback to the technical department.
• Ensure that customer related processes are being carried out in the Sales Department in a timely manner.
• Review quotation summaries.
• Work closely with other Commercial Managers in other regions.
• Understand and comply with RBA business ethics, including integrity, disclosure, IP protection, fair practices.
