Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Commercial / Sales Leader to drive regional growth and strengthen its market position across Asia and selected Middle East markets. You will lead commercial development, build distributor networks, and ensure strong product–market alignment.

The role requires a proven track record in regional sales growth, leadership, and stakeholder management within industrial tooling or precision engineering sectors, reporting into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related discipline is required.
• 15 years of experience in industrial B2B sectors such as precision engineering, cutting tools, industrial equipment, automation or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven commercial leadership in industrial tooling, cutting tools, or metalworking industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial strategy across Asia and selected Middle East markets.
• Strengthen and expand distributor networks with improved market coverage and channel effectiveness.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth with pricing and margin discipline.
• Develop strategic relationships with distributors, OEM customers and key industrial accounts.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and operations to ensure strong product–market alignment.

Role Description
