The role emphasizes strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership to deliver sustainable profitability and to lead the Business Development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in business development or sales, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, timelines and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities
