Lead the Group's overall commercial strategy and business growth across Automotive, Aviation, Healthcare and other strategic business segments, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, profitability and long-term value creation. Drive commercial excellence and market expansion by strengthening customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, expanding market presence and identifying strategic partnerships across domestic and international markets. Provide strategic commercial leadership to the Group by aligning sales, business development, pricing, customer management and commercial decision-making with the Group's corporate strategy, financial objectives and long-term growth plans.
Develop and execute the Group's commercial strategy covering sales, marketing, business development, customer management, pricing and market expansion in alignment with the Group's overall business strategy.
Lead and oversee commercial activities across the Group's key business segments, including Automotive, Aviation, Healthcare and other emerging or strategic businesses.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies, pricing optimization, customer portfolio management and identification of new commercial opportunities.
Identify and develop new markets, customers, products and business opportunities, including opportunities across Malaysia, Southeast Asia and other international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, airlines, aviation operators, distributors, strategic partners and other key stakeholders.
Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic business engagements, including pricing, contracts, commercial terms, partnerships and long-term customer arrangements.
Develop and maintain a robust sales and business development pipeline, ensuring appropriate conversion of opportunities into sustainable revenue and profitable business.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain and other functions to ensure commercial commitments are aligned with operational capabilities, capacity, cost structure and delivery requirements.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities and industry developments to identify risks, opportunities and areas for business growth or diversification.
Establish and monitor commercial KPIs and performance, including revenue, margins, sales conversion, customer retention, business pipeline, marketing strategies and market development, and provide regular updates to the Group's senior management and Board.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications being an added advantage.
Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial, sales, business development or strategic management experience, preferably with significant exposure to manufacturing, automotive, aviation, industrial or other B2B businesses.
Proven track record in leading multi-business or regional commercial functions, including revenue growth, market expansion, strategic account management and complex commercial negotiations.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, translate market opportunities into revenue and profitability, and make commercially sound decisions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, Board members, major customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate across multiple business segments, lead transformation and identify sustainable growth opportunities in a dynamic and competitive environment.
