Role Description

As part of its continued regional expansion and commercial growth strategy, the organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial / Sales Leader to strengthen its market position and lead commercial development across key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute regional commercial strategy across Asia and selected Middle East markets.
• Strengthen and expand distributor networks while improving market coverage and channel effectiveness.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong pricing and margin discipline.
• Develop strategic relationships with distributors, OEM customers and key industrial accounts.
• Work closely with product management, engineering and operations teams to ensure strong product–market alignment.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional commercial organization
• Contribute to strategic planning and broader organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 15 years experience in industrial B2B sectors such as precision engineering, cutting tools, industrial equipment, automation or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven commercial leadership experience within industrial tooling, cutting tools, precision engineering, or metalworking industries.
• Strong track record in regional sales growth, distributor management, and strategic account development.
• Experience working with international markets and industrial manufacturing customers.
