BSI Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager for the Southern Region. This client-facing role focuses on selling BSI products and services, developing new business, and expanding relationships with key accounts within Malaysia's Southern market.

You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate opportunities, manage contracts, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development and sales.
• Ability to build executive level relationships and understand client drivers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell BSI products and services to new and existing customers in the Southern Region of Malaysia.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities; manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with target accounts and their leaders to win new business or expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate requirements, draft and negotiate contracts, and align with operations to close deals.
• Maintain up-to-date stakeholder information in CRM and track sales KPIs.
• Represent BSI in industry events and build partnerships with authorities and associations.
• Proactively network to upsell additional BSI services and products.
• Plan and forecast sales targets; deliver on financial and activity goals.
