Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd seeks a skilled IT support and deployment engineer to manage preventive maintenance, reporting, and ticket updates. You will provide on-site or remote assistance, work with Red Hat technologies, and handle projects with timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT support, strong communication, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders up to C-level. RHCE certification is preferred and ongoing knowledge sharing is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years in IT support and deployment.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey complex information to customers.
• Direct experience with hardware and software vendors.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders up to C-level.
• RHCE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule with customers on preventive maintenance activities.
• Generate comprehensive preventive maintenance reports.
• Upload reports to Field Service Management System.
• Update tickets in Field Service Management System promptly.
• Provide onsite or offsite support to customers.
• Prepare incident and problem management reports as needed.
• Handle small projects independently and assist in large deployments.
• Ensure deployment aligns with timelines and project docs.
• Capture and update project implementation issues for lessons learned.
• Conduct project testing and commissioning with customers.
• Update installation tickets in a timely manner.
