You will shape value propositions, drive end-to-end service delivery, and lead transformation initiatives across business units, leveraging data to optimize renewals and expansions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
• 6-7 years across commercial and operational roles in a services environment.
• Understanding of digital/recurring business models.
• Knowledge of Customer Success Management practices.
• Experience driving change management or transformation programs.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate customer needs into opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management; able to engage senior leadership and customers.
• Interest in digital technologies, analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and local language as needed.

Aufgaben

• Drive recurring and digital services growth with a healthy pipeline and renewal focus.
• Lead end-to-end recurring business process from identification to renewal.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Tendering, Order Management and Operations.
• Expand opportunities from installed base and broader customer engagements.
• Strengthen customer retention and renewals in collaboration with Customer Success and sales.
• Shape customer value propositions into tailored service solutions.
• Drive business transformation including Capex-to-Opex shifts.
• Monitor KPI trends and translate insights into growth plans.
• Lead change and share best practices across teams.
