Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Specialist, Lead (Revenue) Generation to profile, qualify and convert leads into opportunities. You will coordinate with Sales & Marketing to ensure high-quality leads and prompt routing, while using CRM tools to track performance and support growth.

As part of a global team, you’ll leverage digital engagement and cross-functional collaboration to maximize opportunities, drive campaigns and improve overall lead management efficiencies across accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering / IT or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in leads management, sales support, sales & marketing or similar.
• Multilingual capabilities are an advantage (English, Malay, Mandarin).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads from sources (inbound, marketing, campaigns) including profiling, qualifying and converting to opportunities via calls.
• Identify, manage, close or pass opportunities; follow up on leads, quotes, service and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor accounts and opportunities until closure with timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, channel teams for quality leads and routing clarity.
• Execute lead processing and routing per Coverage and Engagement Governance rules.
• Support Sales Growth via targeted programs, events and campaigns.
• Provide reporting on performance KPIs and present business reviews.
• Utilize social selling and digital engagement to boost customer engagement.
