Linergy Power Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles, including Technicians and IT positions. You will source candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, open interviews, and local outreach, screening candidates and coordinating interviews and assessments.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with blue-collar/frontline hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, attrition.
• Comply with EHS policies and participate in EHS training.

Description du poste

Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions, including Technicians, IT & others Technical role.

Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, open interviews, and local outreach.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and background verification.

Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

Ensure timely recruitment and deployment of candidates to meet operational manpower targets.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment records.

Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and company requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including training centres, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.

Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and attrition rates.

Comply with the company's Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and participate in EHS programmes and training as required.

Job Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in high-volume recruitment, blue-collar recruitment, or frontline workforce hiring.

Skills & Knowledge

Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and recruitment skills.

Familiarity with labour laws, recruitment practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/tools.

Personality & Work Style

Results-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.

Must be willing to work at Linergy Power, Serendah Plant.

Willing to travel or participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, open interviews, and local hiring campaigns when required.
