Linergy Power Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an I.T. Desktop Specialist to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the production system, diagnose issues, configure settings, and test changes while documenting processes.

You will collaborate with designers and developers to prepare data and reports, create operation manuals, and deliver training to business departments. Daily feature releases and coordination for new line construction are included.

Formación

• 2+ years in operation and maintenance of large-scale production systems.
• Proficient in SQL operations (add, delete, query, modify).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Good learning ability and strong sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Malaysian citizens fluent in English; Chinese knowledge preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

I.T Desktop Specialist (Manufacturing Industries)

This role involves daily operation and maintenance of the production system, including analysis and resolution of daily issues, system configuration, testing, documentation, and coordination of new production line construction.

Key responsibilities

Daily operation and maintenance of the production system, including analysis and resolution of daily issues and basic configurations

Conduct necessary tests on the production system, cooperate with designers and developers in data preparation, function verification, and test report writing

Compile operation manuals and training materials, and provide online or offline training to business departments when necessary

Release of daily new features

Systematic promotion of the new production line construction, including coordinating with relevant departments for network planning, outputting computer configurations, and providing relevant explanations to suppliers

Daily checks on server performance, including proposal and verification of automated monitoring and initiation of new server monitoring

About you

Majored in computer-related fields, with an associate degree or above

More than 2 years of experience in operation and maintenance of large-scale production systems

Proficiently master SQL operations of addition, deletion, query, and modification

Knowledge of at least one programming language

Good learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility

Good teamwork spirit and ability to cooperate with overtime work when there are special tasks

Local Malaysian staff are required to be fluent in English, with preference given to those who understand Chinese
