Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles, including Technicians and IT positions. You will source candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, open interviews, and local outreach, screening candidates and coordinating interviews and assessments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with blue-collar/frontline hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles incl. Technicians and IT.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, fairs, outreach.
• Screen candidates, interview, assess, and verify backgrounds.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define requirements.
• Ensure timely recruitment and deployment to meet manpower targets.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers and records.
• Coordinate onboarding docs and ensure labour law compliance.
• Build relationships with training centres, agencies, and sources.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, attrition.
• Comply with EHS policies and participate in EHS training.
