Job summary

HRnetGroup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant support role to assist in managing end-to-end hiring for diverse roles. You will source candidates via job boards and social channels, conduct screening calls, and keep detailed candidate records up to date.

You'll contribute to building a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates regularly and collaborating with consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a team and independently.
• Interested in business research, HR, consulting, or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment consultants in managing end-to-end hiring processes across various roles.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct screening and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Assist in building a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates regularly.
