Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage the full recruitment and selection process from manpower requisition to onboarding. Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, career fairs, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, and suitability.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Liaise with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Prepare and post attractive job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Conduct recruitment activities such as career fairs, walk-in interviews, campus recruitment, and recruitment campaigns.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, including interview records, candidate profiles, offer documentation, and recruitment reports.
• Assist in salary negotiation and offer management where required.
• Conduct reference checks and background screening when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on vacancies and hiring status.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, colleges, professional networks, and other talent sources.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
