Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD is seeking a Recruitment Manager with strong headhunting experience to build Tekmark Group’s talent pipeline and deliver quality hires for our growing business. This is not a traditional in-house recruitment role; a proactive, commercially driven mindset and strong networking are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong recruitment agency, headhunting or executive search experience preferred.
• Proven track record in proactive sourcing, 360° recruitment and hard-to-fill hiring.
• Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the Group, with a focus on headhunting and proactive sourcing.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads and Hiring Managers to understand business and talent needs.

• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market mapping and digital sourcing.
• Engage, influence and secure passive candidates.
• Drive recruitment TAT, quality of hire, offer acceptance and cost effectiveness.
• Leverage data, technology and AI to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends and hiring practices.
• Strengthen Tekmark Group’s internal sourcing capability and reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager with strong recruitment agency / headhunting experience to build Tekmark Group’s talent pipeline and deliver quality hires for our growing business.

This is not a traditional in-house recruitment role. We’re looking for someone with a strong head hunter mindset — proactive, commercially driven and confident with good networking in identifying and engaging passive talent.

What You’ll Do

What We Are Looking For

Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.

8–10 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.

Strong recruitment agency, headhunting or executive search experience is highly preferred.

Proven track record in proactive sourcing, 360° recruitment and hard-to-fill hiring.

Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Experience hiring technical, engineering, automation or sales talent is an advantage.

Commercially minded, proactive, resourceful and results-driven.
