Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD is seeking a Recruitment Manager with strong headhunting experience to build Tekmark Group’s talent pipeline and deliver quality hires for our growing business. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong recruitment agency, headhunting or executive search experience preferred.
• Proven track record in proactive sourcing, 360° recruitment and hard-to-fill hiring.
• Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the Group, with a focus on headhunting and proactive sourcing.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads and Hiring Managers to understand business and talent needs.
• Develop targeted search strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market mapping and digital sourcing.
• Engage, influence and secure passive candidates.
• Drive recruitment TAT, quality of hire, offer acceptance and cost effectiveness.
• Leverage data, technology and AI to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends and hiring practices.
• Strengthen Tekmark Group’s internal sourcing capability and reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies.
